Refunds and cancellation
Billing
Tobi is a monthly subscription. Basic is $97 a month, Pro is $147 a month, and each extra agent is $67 a month. Your card is charged at the start of each billing month until you cancel. New accounts start with a 14-day free trial. You enter a card at checkout, your first charge happens when the trial ends, and if you cancel before then you pay nothing.
Cancel anytime
You can cancel at any time on the Manage subscription page (log in with the email you signed up with), or by emailing support@agenttobi.com. There are no contracts or cancellation fees. Tobi keeps working until the end of the month you've already paid for, and you won't be charged again.
Refunds
Because you can cancel anytime, we don't refund partial months. If you were charged by mistake, charged twice, or charged after you canceled, email us within 30 days and we'll refund it in full.
Your data after you cancel
You can ask us for a copy of your client list before you go. We delete your account data within 30 days after your subscription ends, or sooner if you ask.
